Refunds and returns are not available for any open product. 

If you receive the incorrect product or your product is damaged upon receipt, please contact hellolove@loveyouthree.com to request return authorization, which will require a photo of the product received and indication of the issue.

To obtain return authorization, please provide your order number and indication of the issue with your product and a member of our team will reply back within 24 business hours with next steps. 

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order fully before checking out on the site. Once an order has been placed, the order will be processed and shipped.
